Course description

Have you been awarded a KA1 mobility grant and you’d like to immerse yourself in innovative educational activities while also getting to know Vienna? At Escuela21 we design and organize a week of multidisciplinary training at our head office in Vienna. A five-day experience in which teachers, school management teams and other professionals in education can take part.

We aim to succeed in preparing participants so they can generate synergies with other professionals, know the keys to good practice in an international context, as well as visit schools in Vienna.

Objectives

Getting to know different methodologies applicable to your teaching practice.
Working on key elements of your own teaching transformation process.
Generating synergies with other teachers and professionals in education.

Contents

The keys to setting in motion transformations at schools and/or in practical teaching.
Methodologies which foster inclusion and individualized learning.
Strategies for improving team work.
Reflective thinking practice.
