A comprehensive accompaniment for transforming evaluation criteria and providing professional preparation for the teaching staff at the various educational centres of the Calasancio Institute’s network. Some 575 teachers from up to 14 schools have taken part in the process, together with a team of 8 instructors.
Firstly, we carry out an analysis of the centre's evaluation criteria using our own tools and strategies to obtain the data, experiences, and collect testimonies. Secondly, we use this analysis as the base to prepare a report-feedback and build a dialogue.
Using the results of the report, we structure a support plan that includes participatory training dynamics, studies of national and international success cases, co-creation focus groups and team learning from evidences sessions.
