A comprehensive accompaniment for the cultural transformation of the evaluation and the professional development of the teaching staffs is carried out into educational centres of the Calasancio School's network. The process involves 575 teachers from up to 14 schools, together with a team of 8 trainers.
In the first place, we carry out an analysis of the centre's evaluation culture through our own tools and strategies for the data, experiences, and testimonies collection. Based on this analysis, we prepare a report-feedback to create a dialogue.
With the results of the report, we structure a support plan that includes participatory training dynamics, studies of national and international successful cases, co-creation focus groups, and sessions of learning evidences in teams.
