ABOUT THE PROJECT

Design and Revitalization of Educational Actions for Kristau Eskola

Since 2020, Escuela21 has been working on designing and implementing training actions (online and concurrently) for Kristau Eskola in the following areas:

  1. Leading extraordinary change.
  2. Leading the transformation from primary education.
  3. Personalization of secondary school learning. Pedagogical theory, methodology and evaluation to develop the potential of each one of our students.

The methodology followed in these training sessions is based on:

  • Concurrent online collaborative workshops.
    Didactic co-creativity sessions for the development of the transformation plan.
  • Conversations with teachers and coordinators of innovative primary schools throughout the territory.
  • Exchange of experiences and analysis of good practices.
  • Shared workbooks and learning portfolio.

'I knew about the training offered by Escuela21 through Kristau Eskola and we decided that all the schools of our Foundation could participate in this exciting project: leading the transformation from the childhood education stage. The methodology used is very dynamic and motivating, we do not disconnect for a second from the work we have to carry out even doing online sessions. Based on the analysis of each school, we have managed to make small methodological transformations. It is a highly recommended training, in addition, it has helped us to work in network between the 6 schools of the Foundation'.
